Unipromet expanded its production area in 2007 by purchasing a hot deep galvanizing plant and thus completed the production cycle and improved product quality. About 25000t of steel is processed annually in the hot deep galvanizing plant.

The hot deep galvanizing plant has a four-brigade operation system and each brigade has 15 workers and one manager. The maximum carrying capacity of the cranes is 5t, and the maximum weight of the beams being zinc plated is 2,2t. The dimensions of bathtubes for preparation of hot zinc plating elements are 9m long, 2.7m deep and 1.4m wide.
