Noise reduction for a better quality of life

Aluminum panels for noise protection are used on highways, railways, airports, construction sites, in urban areas and all other places where it is necessary to reduce noise. As vehicles on the freeway generate an average 80 decibel noise, and regulations in residential areas require noise reduction below 65 decibels (55 decibels at night), there is a clear need for their use. Panel testing has proven their absorption and reflective characteristics. Unipromet has the following types of panels to offer:

Apart from fulfilling its main task – protection against noise in inhabited areas, panels are often a part of the landscape and with their attractive appearance they simply fit into the architectural environment.

Panel Types:

Reflective panels – the role of which is to reflect a part of the sound waves into the atmosphere, they are made of profiled aluminum sheet from the front and back and with a stone wool filling. On lateral sides, the panels are closed with aluminum lids.

Absorption panels – the role of which is to absorb a part of the sound waves and thus reduce noise, they are made of perforated aluminum sheet from the front (absorbing) side and profiled aluminum sheet from the rear (reflective) side, with a fill of bitumen strip and stone wool. On lateral sides, the panels are closed with aluminum lids.

Transparent panels – made of polycarbonate or acrylic glass in the appropriate aluminum frame.
