Works on the first section of the Niš – Merdare highway, better known as the “Peace Highway”, on the Merošina – Merošina 1 interchange section, have been successfully completed.

As one of the contractors, our company actively participated in the implementation of this strategically important project, installing around 11,600 m of protective road fences,

11,000 m of wire fences and 670 m of pedestrian fences, thus contributing directly to increasing the level of traffic safety on this road.

The highway, with a total length of almost 77 km, will connect Serbia with the port of Durrës in Albania, representing a key link between Corridor 10, Route 6 (Skopje – Priština) and Route 2b (Sarajevo – Podgorica – Valona).

The project, in addition to improving regional connectivity, aims to reduce travel time and increase traffic safety. Works on the construction of 85 bridges and 18 km of tunnels are planned on the route, which will significantly contribute to the modernization of the transport infrastructure in the region.
