Unipromet will be the main strategic partner in one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region, the construction of the Kičevo-Ohrid highway in North Macedonia.

In order to successfully implement this project, the delivery and installation of approximately 300 km of road safety fences and 3 km of pedestrian fences have been contracted, which will significantly contribute to increasing the level of traffic safety on this section.

This strategically important road route consists of a total of 5 sections: Kičevo-Podviš (section 1), Podviš-Preseka (section 2), Preseka-Pesočani (section 3), Pesočani-Trebeništa (section 4) and Trebeništa-Ohrid (section 5).

The works have already started, and the completion of the project is planned by the end of 2026.

This undertaking not only confirms our leading position in the field of road safety, but also represents a significant step forward in the development of modern infrastructure in the region.
