Direct support from experienced colleagues, the exchange of knowledge and experience, and the opportunity to ask questions and find solutions independently enable students to gradually develop confidence and independence in their work.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the internship was also a valuable experience for the mentors themselves. I am glad that I spent this summer here and learned from such great colleagues.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>An Experience That Continues Beyond the Internship<\/h3>\n<p>For us, the Summer Internship Program is more than an opportunity for students to get to know the company. It is a platform for connecting education and industry, exchanging knowledge and creating new opportunities for young people who are just beginning to build their professional paths.<\/p>\n<p>Through direct work with mentors and colleagues, students have the opportunity to learn more about their own interests, explore opportunities for further development and take their first steps toward a career.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, their energy, questions and fresh perspectives remind us how important knowledge-sharing and investing in young people are as foundations for long-term
