Unipromet has successfully completed one of the most significant renewable energy projects in Serbia – the construction of the “Neresnica” solar power plant. This infrastructure endeavor represents a crucial step in the energy transition process and directly contributes to the development of a sustainable and green energy network in the country.

The solar power plant spans over 14 hectares and features 17,260 solar panels with a total capacity of 13.7 megawatts (MW). This provides a strong foundation for generating electricity from renewable sources, significantly reducing harmful emissions and improving energy efficiency in the long term.

Technical Expertise and Integrated Solutions

As part of this strategic project, Unipromet was responsible for the delivery and installation of 550 tons of steel structures, designed and manufactured in accordance with the highest European standards.

Every component underwent thorough quality control and was additionally protected through hot-dip galvanization, ensuring durability against environmental exposure, corrosion, and reliable operation in demanding climatic conditions.

From the conceptual design to final assembly, all phases of implementation were carried out with a high level of expertise, precision, and responsibility. Through careful planning, technical coordination, and on-site execution, Unipromet once again demonstrated its capacity to manage complex projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
