With great pride, we celebrated 35 years of continuous growth and success in the presence of employees, their family members, friends, and business partners from around the world during a celebration held on September 6, 2024.

This anniversary is not just a number—it is a symbol of our collective efforts and achievements that have shaped our company.

The laying of the cornerstone for a new production facility covering 2,600 square meters by the company’s founder, Mr. Milisav Novičić, and members of his family was one of the key moments of the celebration.

This strategic venture will enable us to produce an additional 40,500 tons and 1,900,000 units of product, further enhancing our production capacities and creating at least fifteen new jobs, which is an important initiative for the local community and contributes to its economic development.

In today’s world, where the biggest challenge for companies is finding and retaining the right people, we proudly highlight that we have as many as 8 employees who, alongside the founder, have spent 30 or more years with the company. Their longevity at “Unipromet” speaks to the mutual respect, trust, and vision that they have built together.

As a token of gratitude for their many years of dedication and loyalty, the company’s founder, Mr. Milisav Novičić, along with family members, presented them with the keys to the latest Renault Clio cars.

This celebration was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all that we have achieved through our collective efforts and hard work.
